We experienced unforeseen datacenter maintenance without any notice.

These are the data center notices.


09.08.2022 12:25 pm (UTC+2) Immediate Maintenance in our Duesseldorf Data Center

Today on August 9, 2022, at 5:00 pm CEST an immediate maintenance in our Duesseldorf Data Center will take place, affecting some network segments. Customer services can be affected and unavailable during the maintenance.

The offtime is expected to last no longer than 90 minutes.

Due to the failure of several network components, we currently assume that the disruption will continue for several hours. Next update will be at 2:00 am CEST.

Unfortunately we are still facing issues and working hard to solve them as soon as possible. Next status update at 8:00 CEST

The maintenance work and troubleshooting have been completed. All services are available again without restrictions.


We likewise believed the problem will be rectified in 90 minutes, therefore we took no action.

We could have taken preventative measures to switch services to the backup server if the maintenance had been announced prior to the problem.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We will make sure to switch to a different data centre if the current data centre continues to cause problems.
